Banda town - CB
1. Communications in "town band"-CB, in Article 105, paragraph 2, point p), are allowed to citizens aged 14 years the countries of the European Union or European Economic Area or countries with which have occurred reciprocal agreements, subject to the provisions of Article 2, paragraph 2, of Legislative Decree 25 July 1998, No 286, as well as residents in Italy.
2. Do not allow the activities referred to in paragraph 1 to those who have been sentenced for crimes not culpable deprivation exceeding two years or has been subjected to security measures and prevention, while lasting effects of the measures and provided that no action sentence rehabilitation.
3. The person referred to in paragraph 1 shall submit to the Ministry a statement showing:
a) full name, date and place of birth, residence or domicile of the individual;
b) of the implant site;
c) the possible holding of mobile devices and portable
d) the absence of impediments conditions referred to in paragraph 2.
4. The declaration shall be annexed:
a) evidence of payment of contributions under Article 36 of Annex 25;
b)) for non-emancipated minors, the statement of consent and assumption of responsibility civilians by the person exercising parental authority or guardianship.
5. In the case of those engaged in disaster communications in "town band" may participate in the rescue operations at the request of the competent authorities.

For each station CB, regardless of the number of the equipment, the applicant shall pay an annual contribution, including the year in which the declaration was made under Article 145 of Code, a total of € 12.00 as reimbursement for costs incurred by the Ministry of surveillance activities, monitoring and control.

1. For similar activities that took place in the town band means:
a) activities that make use of PMR 446 equipment types;
b) the activities of telemetry, telecontrol and telemetry performed in the band 436.000 to 436.100 MHz, as defined in the national frequency allocation;
2. For the activities referred to in paragraph 1 the party, regardless of the number of the equipment, pay an annual contribution, including the year from which the general authorization shall run, of € 12.00 as reimbursement for costs incurred by the Ministry for the activities listed in Article 1, paragraph 1.

Activities under Article 104 general authorization
1. The general authorization is required in every case in the following cases:
a) installation of one or more radio stations or on exercise of satellite and ground connections requiring an allocation of frequency, with particular reference to
1) fixed systems , land mobile maritime mobile, aeronautical mobile,
2) and radio-navigation systems;
3) space research systems;
4) systems for exploration of the Earth;
5) systems, space operations;
6) systems, frequency standards and signals times;
7) systems and aids to meteorology;
8) radio astronomy systems.
b) the installation or operation of an electronic communications network on a physical medium, carrier waves and optical systems, except as provided for in Article 105, paragraph 2, letter a);
c) the installation or operation of systems using frequency bands of a collective:
1) without protection from interference between users the same bands, with protection against interference from stations of other services, consistent with the statutes of the services provided by the national frequency allocation and the Radio Regulations, in particular belong to this class of amateur radio stations and the stations and facilities in Article 143, paragraph 1;
2) without any protection by low power devices. In particular, the general authorization is required if:
2.1) installation or operation of local networks to DECT or UMTS technology, with the exception of the provisions of Article 105, paragraph 1, letter a);
2.2) installation or exercise equipment as an aid to traffic and road transport and rail, security staff and the assistance on the roads, traffic surveillance, transport rope, monitoring of forests on hunting and fishing and safety at night;
2.3) installation or exercise equipment for use in industrial, commercial, agricultural and craft, including entertainment or broadcasting;
2.4) installation or operating equipment connected on the Safety of Life at Sea, or in any emergency, including small boats and stations located at sites of organizations as well as for marine service connections between different parts of the same ship;
2.5) installation or exercise equipment in use in sports and racing;
2.6) installation or operation of equipment to search people
2.7) installation or operation of equipment and medical aid to the professional activities to activities directly linked to them;
2.8 ) installation or operation of equipment for communications over short distances of a different type than those listed in numbers 2.1) to 2.8).
3) Without any protection, by means of devices complying with the recommendation of the European Conference of Postal and Telecommunications Administrations (CEPT) CEPT / ERC / REC 70-03 on the installation or operation of local networks or radiolan Hiperlan outside of your fund, or operating networks Hiperlan necessarily indoors or constraints resulting from requirements of the National Frequency Allocation.
2. The frequency bands and technical equipment are defined in accordance with national frequency allocation.

Contributions:
for investigating all. 25 - art. 33 paragraph 1 - points. c;
1. The person who makes the declaration in order to achieve a general authorization, under Article 107 of the Code is required to pay a contribution to the inquiry. This contribution is:
a) per le reti di comunicazione elettronica su supporto fisico, ad onde convogliate e con sistemi ottici, di cui all'articolo 104, comma 1, lettera b), del Codice, che per il loro funzionamento utilizzano apparati atti alla trasmissione o alla ricezione o all'instradamento di segnali:
1) a euro 250,00 nel caso in cui l'impianto abbia una consistenza massima di 20 apparati;
2) a euro 500,00 nel caso in cui l'impianto abbia una consistenza fini a 50 apparati;
3) a euro 1.000,00 nel caso in cui l'impianto abbia una consistenza fini a 100 apparati, ovvero sia costituito, in tutto o in parte, da un sistema di comunicazioni effettuate con strumenti ottici di tipo laser;
4) nel caso di impianti con consistenza more than 100 devices, it is due, in addition to the fee referred to in number 3), additional allowances of € 20.00 for each 100 or fraction of 100 devices and at a maximum of € 5.00,00;
b) in cases under Article 104, paragraph 1, letter c), number 2.1) of the Code:
1) to € 100.00 in case of link lengths of up to 2 km and use up to 5 different Appears;
2 ) to € 300.00 in case of connections from more than 2 km to 20 km and use 6 to 15 types of equipment;
3) to € 600.00 in case of connections from more than 20 km to 40 km and use from 16 to 30 types of equipment;
4) in the case of distances over 40 km and using some kind equipment greater than 30 are due to additional allowances of 20.00 € for each 3 types of equipment;
c) in cases under Article 104, paragraph 1, letter c), numbers 2.2) to 2.8) of the Code :
1) to € 20.00 for each application and up to 5 different types of equipment;
2) to € 40.00 per application and up to 15 different types of equipment;
3) to € 100.00 per each application with different types of equipment more than 15.
2. Those who enjoy the exemptions set out in Article 32 are not required to pay the contribution provided by this Article with respect to arrangements in Article 32, paragraph 11.
3. In cases of applications for permission general services for land mobile or portable, shall apply only for the calculation of the maximum distance of the connection referred to in paragraph 1, letter b), paragraph 1 of 'Article 17.
contribution to monitoring and maintaining all
. 24 - art. 34
1. For the supervisory activities of the service and maintenance of the conditions for a general authorization, the person referred to in Article 33 shall be required to pay an annual contribution, including the year from which permission shall commence.
This contribution is:
a) in cases of electronic communications networks on a physical medium line carrier and optical systems, under Article 104, paragraph 1, letter b), of the Code for their operation using instruments suitable for transmitting or receiving, or the routing of signals
1) to € 200.00 in the case of Article 33, paragraph 1, letter a) number 1, 2
) to € 400.00 in the case of Article 33, paragraph 1, letter a) number 2;
3) to € 800.00 in the case of Article 33, paragraph 1, letter a) number 3;
4) consistency in case of systems with more than 100 units are due in addition to the fee referred to in number 5), additional allowances do € 200.00 for every 50 devices or fraction thereof and at a maximum of € 50,000.00;
b) in cases under Article 104, paragraph 1, letter c), number 2.1) of the Code:
1) to € 50.00 in the case of Article 33, paragraph 1, letter b), number 1);
2) to € 100.00 in the case of Article 33, paragraph 1, letter b ), number 2);
3) to € 150.00 in the case of Article 33, paragraph 1, letter b), number 3);
4) to € 500.00 in the case referred to in Article 33 , paragraph 1, letter b), number 4);
c) in cases under Article 104, paragraph 1, letter c), numbers 2.2) to 2.8) of the Code:
1) to € 30.00 in If you use up to 10 devices;
2) to € 100.00 when using up to 100 devices;
3) to € 200.00 when using up to 100 devices;
2. Those who enjoy the exemptions set out in Article 32 are not required to pay the contribution provided by this Article with respect to arrangements in Article 32, paragraph 11.
